Need to send something back? This page explains how returns work at Velith Studios — our UK online magic shop based in London and Hatfield (Hertfordshire).

Email sales@velithstudios.com with your order number and we will walk you through it.

Your rights at a glance

• Change of mind (most goods): UK consumers shopping online usually have 14 days from receiving the goods to tell us you want to cancel (statutory cooling-off). We also offer a 30-day goodwill window from delivery for unused items in original condition — whichever you rely on, email us first.

• Faulty, damaged or wrong item: Contact us straight away. You do not lose your statutory rights; we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

• Digital downloads / apps: Once access has been provided and you have agreed that performance may begin, cooling-off may not apply. Faulty digital goods still have remedies.

Nothing on this page removes your rights under UK consumer law.

Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer. Exchanges are available; please email us first so we can arrange the exchange.
